Two sets of earrings. One green. One blue. These aren’t the cute vintagey kind like from the screw-ons from Day 224, or the clip-ons from Day 119. Nope, these fall into the “obsolete version of myself” category. I used to wear them a lot. And now they’ve sat neglected for, oh, seven years at least?
They also fall into the mixed emotions category, which clutters up their ability to be swept out the door quickly.

Very interesting comments, so I’m a bit hesitant to add a mundane angle to the thread:
Those are some really nice jewelry photographs…not so easy to do.
Thanks so much John. Much appreciated:)
Interesting category “obsolete version of myself” seven years ago what was different? more conservative? interesting as I go through phases in clothing.
I wouldn’t have said more conservative per se, but not that you mention it, more timid would be more conservative:) I go through phases too.
“Status: Stop listening to the past.”
But what does the future tell us? Get back in the now?
Oi vey, hey hey 🙂
Oy vey indeed:) I read something about how our brains are constantly roaming around in the past or the future, rarely in the now…
Your project is reminding me how much stuff I have that I never look at.
I feel a purge acomimg!
It is the new year, perfect timing!
