Vintage photograph of two unknown children.
This was stuck in a book and unearthed a few years ago. I thought it was Mr. OP’s and he thought it was mine. It’s only recently we realized it is from neither of our families.

Status: Write a very short story which finds these girls (but maybe one is a boy ? – clothing might not have been so gender specific then) in the present, one a palm reader, the other a financial advisor. They bump into each other on the street and catch up.
Kill-ratio: 26:2 / ~13/2
Alt-title: Untitled Object No. 320 For BFFs.
p.s.
Hope everyone enjoyed a very Merry Christmas, if you celebrated, if not hope you enjoyed the day off. Or at least had the day off eh? Here at the OP household, we enjoyed a non-traditional supper of baked wild salmon stuffed with quinoa, portobello mushrooms and leeks. Accompanied by mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts and peas. Grateful.
I love vintage photos! Happy New Year Deanne!
Happy New Year to you as well Cardinal! Cheers
The historic image of those kids is quite exceptional. The toning, the picket fence and the door really makes this a unique photograph.
Yes, the picket fence does have something. And their outfits.
